We cook everything from scratch — and you can taste the difference. El Centenario Mexican Cantina & Seafood takes the traditions of authentic Mexican cuisine and pushes them further, with a menu built around bold, border-inspired flavors you won't find anywhere else in the Quad Cities. Think birria slow-braised until it falls apart, crispy breaded fish tacos piled with cabbage and chipotle crema, grilled octopus with mozzarella and pickled onion, and cochinita pibil with real habanero heat. Every dish is made in-house, served on handmade corn tortillas, and built to leave an impression. Pair it with one of our fresh-fruit margaritas in seven flavors, a flight from our 40+ tequila collection, or a round of signature shots — and dinner becomes the kind of night you talk about later.
